What are TIERO sunglasses made of?
Our frames are crafted from lightweight metal alloys and high grade acetate depending on the style. Every lens offers UV400 protection, blocking 99 to 100 percent of harmful UVA and UVB rays. Built to wear daily and backed for life.
How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes frame width, lens width, bridge measurement, and temple length so you can find your fit before you buy. As a general guide, our frames suit most face shapes and sizes. If you are ever unsure, reach out to our support team and we will help you find the right pair.

What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30 day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, in original condition with tags attached and returned in original packaging. For anything beyond 30 days our Lifetime Replacement Warranty covers you instead.

Does TIERO ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by location but most orders arrive within 7 to 15 business days after processing.
Does my order come with a tracking number?
Every order comes with a verified tracking number, so you can follow your shipment with confidence from dispatch to delivery. Tracking details are sent directly to your email and can also be accessed through your account.
