At TIERO, every detail of the experience is considered with care. From precise order handling to trusted global delivery partners, our shipping process is designed to ensure your timepiece arrives securely, efficiently, and with the discretion befitting our Maison.

Order Processing

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) following successful payment verification.

Once your order has been dispatched, a confirmation email will be sent for your records.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

We partner with established, reputable carriers to provide secure and dependable delivery worldwide.

  • North America (U.S. & Canada): Estimated 4–12 business days

  • International Destinations: Estimated 6–16 business days, subject to destination

Please note that delivery timelines may vary due to customs clearance, carrier operations, seasonal demand, or circumstances beyond our control, including holidays or severe weather conditions.

Should shipping fees apply in the future, all applicable costs will be clearly displayed at checkout prior to order confirmation.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Please examine your order upon receipt and notify us of any damage, defects, or discrepancies within 5 business days of delivery.

If a shipment is confirmed as lost or arrives damaged, we will offer a replacement or refund following the completion of a carrier investigation, in accordance with our policies.

How It Works
Visit our warranty page, submit your replacement request with your order number, and we will take care of the rest. A small handling fee applies per replacement to cover shipping and processing.

One Claim Per Pair
Each pair is eligible for one lifetime replacement. Your replacement pair carries the same coverage from the date it is received.

When Does Coverage Begin
Warranty coverage begins 30 days after your original delivery date. Within the first 30 days our standard return and refund policy applies.

No Expiry
Your coverage does not expire. Whether it is 6 months or 6 years after your purchase, Tiero has you covered.

Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return your item must be unworn, unused, in its original condition with all tags attached, returned in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

All Tiero sunglasses are covered by our Lifetime Replacement Warranty. Lost, broken, or stolen, we replace them. No questions asked. Submit a claim anytime through our warranty page. A small handling fee applies per replacement.
