Order Processing

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) following successful payment verification.

Once your order has been dispatched, a confirmation email will be sent for your records.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If a shipment is confirmed as lost or arrives damaged, we will offer a replacement or refund following the completion of a carrier investigation, in accordance with our policies.

We stand behind the quality of every piece we make and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not fully pleased, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in the same condition in which it was received.
  • It must be unworn and unused, with all original tags attached.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging, including any protective cases or boxes.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact our team at support@tiero.co with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with instructions and a return shipping label. Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Lifetime Coverage on Sunglasses

Every pair of Tiero sunglasses is covered for life against manufacturing defects. If anything goes wrong with the frame or hardware under normal wear, we'll repair or replace it at no cost.

Lifetime Replacement Warranty
All Tiero sunglasses are covered by our Lifetime Replacement Warranty. Lost, broken, or stolen, we replace them. No questions asked. Submit a claim anytime through our warranty page. A small handling fee applies per replacement.
